In Sweden on Thursday, September 7, architect Giorgio Palù won the The Light AWARD - Interior 2022 - for his design of the Queen Silvia Concert Hall. 

Motivation of the Jury 

Young musical talents study under this light. In the lighting design, as well as in the acoustics, the designers paid great attention to the organic nature of the architecture. The auditorium succeeds in transforming from a classroom into an elegant concert hall, a totally fluid lighting environment that meets multiple needs. The lighting offers an almost heavenly experience to which the gold-colored light trumpets add a magical note.
